Upper villa conversion- completed 2020

We love a good challenge here at DBK! This was an Edwardian villa situated in Deeside, the flat was completely gutted and re configured to suit modern day living and maximise space. We knocked holes in the roof to let the sky come in and walls came down to help create a panoramic views of the glorious hills beyond.
